CHICKPEA FUDGE
Our main product - chickpea fudge – is high in protein and has a long shelf life of 8-months.
Two of our flavours Vegan and Coconut Blossom are suitable for Vegans and people who are
lactose intolerant.. We try wherever possible to use Organic, locally produced ingredients. 1
flavour is manufactured using Stevia.
Two of our other flavours are dairy free and suitable for vegans and people who are lactose
intolerant.
The chickpea fudge was one of the winners of the “Boost Your biz competition” with Pick n
Pay – 2016.
We use only high quality polished white sesame seeds in our Tahini. Tahini, is a condiment made
from toasted ground hulled sesame. Tahini is served as a dip on its own or as a major component of
hummus, baba ghanoush, and halva. Tahini is used in the cuisines of the Eastern Mediterranean, the
Caucasus, and the Middle East, as well as parts of North Africa.
Vanilla Extract Vanilla extract is a solution made by macerating and percolating vanilla pods. It is
considered an essential ingredient in many Western desserts, especially baked goods like cakes,
cookies, brownies, and cupcakes, as well as custards, ice creams, and puddings I

caraway, as well as some vegetable or olive oil
for preservation.
The Authentic Foods Vanilla Powder is made from
